These terms cover your use of the Xtreme Auto Detailing website and the way we handle quotes and bookings. They’re written for a local auto-detailing business serving the Blue Springs and greater Kansas City area. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
This site is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is” and don’t guarantee it’s complete or error-free. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Quotes and estimates
Submitting our quote/contact form sends us a request — it isn’t a binding contract and doesn’t confirm a booking. Any prices we discuss are estimates based on the information you give us. A vehicle’s actual condition can change the scope and price, so final pricing is confirmed after we see the vehicle. A booking is confirmed only when we agree on it with you directly.
Services and warranties
We describe services such as ceramic coating, paint correction, interior and exterior detailing, headlight restoration, and membership plans on this site. Where a service is described as “warranty-backed” (for example, our ceramic coating work), any warranty is subject to the specific terms, coverage, care requirements, and duration we provide in writing for that service at the time it’s performed. The descriptions on this website are summaries, not the full warranty terms, and results can vary with a vehicle’s condition and how it’s cared for afterward.
Payment, scheduling, and cancellations
Payment, deposits, scheduling, and any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements are handled directly with us when you book. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can so we can accommodate you and other customers.
Your vehicle
Please remove valuables and personal items before any service. We take care with every vehicle, but we ask you to let us know in advance about existing damage, sensitive finishes or wraps, aftermarket modifications, or anything fragile so we can plan the work appropriately.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, photos of our work, branding, and layout — belongs to Xtreme Auto Detailing unless noted otherwise. Please don’t copy or reuse it without our permission.
